There were 265 valid proxies or ballots turned in by the membership.
 

We had 214 valid proxies and 51 ballots (52% of the membership).
 

On the question to ratify the budget.

The Yes vote was 265

The No vote was   0        
Budget was ratified

On the question to waive the audit for 2007-2008 year

The yes vote was 240

The no vote was   16

The audit was waived

On the question of the By-Law change to read “The President shall also serve as an ex-officio member of all standing committees appointed by the Board of Directors”

The yes vote was 251

The no vote was 2

The By-Law change was not approved
