Here are the results of July 17th, 2008 annual meeting:

SBCA Membership eligible to vote 526, 148 people attended the meeting.

There were 294 valid proxies or ballots turned in by the membership.

We had 259 valid proxies and 35 ballots

On the question to ratify the budget.

The Yes vote was 285

The No vote was 3
Budget was ratified

On the question to waive the audit for 2007-2008 year

The yes vote was 248

The no vote was 43

The audit was waived

On the question of the By-Law change to read “The President shall also serve as an ex-officio member of all standing committees appointed by the Board of Directors”

The yes vote was 278

The no vote was 14

The By-Law change was approved
