Here are the results of July 21st, 2010 annual meeting:

SBCA Membership eligible to vote 518, 111 people attended the meeting.

There were 306 valid proxies / ballots turned in by the membership.

We had 259 valid proxies and 47 ballots

On the question to ratify the budget.

The Yes vote was 235

The No vote was 40
Budget was ratified

On the question to waive the audit for 2009-2010 year

The yes vote was 208

The no vote was 76

The audit was waived
