Certification of voting results

We the undersigned members in good standing of the South Bay Community association (SBCA), hereby certify that _250__ valid proxies and  __31__ ballots for a total of 281 votes were cast on the issues before the membership at the 2011 annual meeting of the SBCA, held on Wednesday, July 20^st 2011.

177 votes were needed for a quorum

We farther certify that each valid proxy and ballot was counted and that the results of that count were:
