The meeting of the South Bay Community Association (SBCA) Board of Directors was held at the Bay Club on the above date. Directors present were: Joe Kelly, Dan Meade, Tom McCay, Ken Snider, Sharon Walker, and Chris Whitehurst.
Dan Meade called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM. A quorum was present.

•Special Board of Directors meeting and associated Executive Session on March 27, 2009: As a result of a special meeting and an Associated Executive Session on March 27, 2009, the Board voted 5-0 to support the Jefferson County Land Swap.

•Financial Report:
Chris Whitehurst reported the financial highlights for
February, showing the Total Current Assets for the month to be $375,530.58 and
Total Assets to be $590,490.25, with an increase of $23,301.01 over last year’s
Total Assets. The Income Statement for February showed Total Revenues of
$11,027.77 and Total Operating Expenses of $30,535.06, with a Net Operating
Surplus of $53,308.93 for the current fiscal year. The Maintenance Reserve is
$173,492.21 and the Renovation Fund is $116,507.23, which includes a first
payment to the auditorium lighting consultant for $1179.40.

Tom McCay announced the members of the ad hoc
committee to evaluate the proposal to have South Bay be annexed to the Port
Ludlow Drainage District: Walt Cairns, Gary Moore, Robbie Robinson, Steve
Shanklin, Mariam Villiard, Sharon Walker, Connie Wilkinson.
