Financial
report
Chris Whitehurst reported the financial highlights for June, showing the Total
Current Assets for the month to be $355,790.84, Total Assets to be $568,576.24
with an increase of $39,289.12 over last year’s Total Assets. The Income
Statement for Fiscal Year 2009 showed total revenues of $400,351.28 and Total
Operating Expenses of $374,959.99 and a Net Operating Surplus of $25,391.29. The
Maintenance reserve is $180,777.20 and the Renovation Fund is $117,372.85.

approve the financial report.

establish a SEPA committee to be chaired by Richard Grieves to determine actions
the SBCA Board needs to take in representing the community with regard to air
and sound issues.
