presented the annual report for the Trails Committee; their request for $1000
has already been budgeted and approved.
Financial
report
Chris Whitehurst reported the financial highlights for September, showing the
Total Current Assets for the month to be $314,672.14, Total Assets to be
$578,696.04 with an increase of $45,489.31 over last year’s Total Assets. The
Income Statement for September 2009 showed total revenues of $4,556.78 and Total
Operating Expenses of $29,893.30 and a Net Operating Surplus of $4,086.74 for
the fiscal year. The Maintenance reserve is $197,405.67 and the Renovation Fund
is $75,510.92

approve the financial report.
