Financial report
Chris Whitehurst reported the financial highlights for October, showing the Total Current Assets for the month to be $373,306.19 Total Assets to be $637,200.64. An increase of $36,193.78 over last year’s Total Assets. The Income Statement for October 2009 showed total revenues of $82,819.66 and Total Operating Expenses of $30,724.67 and a Net Operating Surplus of $56,181.73 for the fiscal year. (Note the surplus is always high the first month of the quarter due to the majority of dues being paid during that month, while expenses are very consistent month to month). The Maintenance reserve is $202,908.48 and the Renovation Fund is $76,724.18.

ARC –Linda requested the BOD vote a replacement for Jerry Perlot.
MSP that Bill Centobene be appointed to the SBCA ARC. (all ayes)
Long Term Planning- MSP to accept Proposal for Interior Design Services for Conference Room Remodel at a cost of $960. (5 ayes/ 1 nay)
Inner Harbor Pond - MSP to rescind motion to pay $200 toward pond maintenance. (All ayes)

MSP to adopt new name “Facilities & Long Range Planning Committee” and mission. (all ayes) (see attached)
