Jerry Perlot talked about having more than one Village ARC rep in the larger Villages. The ARC Board will talk about this in the next working meeting.
Al Thiede from Bayview village talked about section 5.5 in the SBCA CC&R’s as it pertains to the rights of the Village supplemental CC&R’s in regards to limited common area. Is the Village supplemental CC&R’s superior the South Bay CC&R’s insofar as it pertains to the maintenance, regulation and administration of any limited Common areas, facilities, amenities and lots owned by the Village association in a given subdivision? What does that mean to the SBCA ARC as far as approving or changing applications for work done in limited common area? The SBCA ARC will review section 5.5
