Meeting called to order at 9:00a.m.
Jerry Perlot due to illness in family has resigned. Aven Andersen served as interim chair for today’s meeting. A new member needs to be appointed to this committee.

New Business: Common area tree/view maintenance application
A workshop meeting will be held Wednesday, 25th at 10:00 a.m. @ Bay Club.
Committee members are to think of different questions to be approved plus a cover sheet similar to the other permits. There is still a concern re notification of all neighbors in area, as well as a method to ensure for the SBCA ARC that all have been notified; to avoid controversy, it was the Village ARC rep and the Village Association should all have input. Before and after pictures to document that it was done properly. Another issue to discuss is the impact on the surrounding villages and the overall impact on Port Ludlow in general.
Unclear in guidelines at present at this time.
