Meeting called to order at 9:00AM

MSP to approve July 15^th 2007 meeting minutes

       Homeowners comments:      Dennis Rooks talked about the dangerous trees in Hidden Cove common area

                                                     that the Hidden Cove HOA would like to remove.

New Business:                        Richard Heftly arborist has submitted a report on the dangerous trees on the Bay Club Property. We have 15 trees that need to be removed from the back and side yard area. The committee will look at all trees after this meeting.

                                                The ARC will take the new common area and limited common area application

                                                Form to the SBCA Board for approval at the September 7^th meeting.

Discussions:                            The ARC Committee will go over Arborist report, tour the trees involved and if in agreement they will approve the application #07-122 to remove the dangerous trees from the Bay Club common area. The work will need to be done by late September before any major winds or the first storms of winter arrive.
