       Homeowners comments:              Peggy Graham from Inner Harbor spoke about how the tree roots were

                                                            coming through the driveways and in foundations and will need to be

                                                            monitored by the Inner Harbor association before the damage is done.

New Business:                                    Site visit to Matoni property 9/21/07 in Woodridge. 2nd permit extension

time is up. Committee spoke to Mr. Matoni at the job site and requested a time line and extension form to be submitted to the ARC.

The committee would like to meet with David Wayne Johnson from the county and talk about critical areas map and what it means to the villages of South Bay. Linda will call and invite him to our next meeting.
