New Business: Vote of Board to select new ARC Chair put over to the next ABCA ARC meeting.
Steve Failla reported briefly on Timberton’s efforts re fire safety, how they plan to handle their common property issues, that there are upcoming requests for tree removal under study, and pond control. Advice was given re cleaning up debris from a recent tree limbing up in Timber Heights.
Bayview Village is currently working on a common area landscape plan. If approved, then no neighbor notification, but the SBCA ARC still requires neighbor notification. Jurisdiction is important as the Ludlow Bay Rd residents may have an impact on the Bayview plan coming in the near future.
Village Presidents will be encouraged to ask that any person wishing to sit on the ARC should submit a resume.
Thanks were expressed to Tom Callahan, who is resigning from the SBCA ARC effective February 1, 2008 for his dedication and hard work on this committee over the years.
