Meeting called to order at 9:00AM

MSP that Bill Stoner be chair of the SBCA ARC for a 6 month term (all ayes).

MSP to approve January 18^th meeting minutes.

                                                       Discussion ensued re perceived dangerous Hemlock tree out of decomposing stump and the topping/pruning of one red Cedar for view maintenance. Dangerous tree removal can be addressed by Timberton  HOA at another time. The SBCA ARC approved the application as approved by the Timberton Board with all its conditions.  A routine application for future pruning/trimming of the red Cedar may be filed as needed.

Old Business:                                  Mattoni house – Woodridge – some landscaping still to be finished and owners are being billed for dues. Weaver – LV 3 - they are close to completion.

                                                       Timberton Board thanked the SBCA ARC for their assistance.
