Landscaping no more herbicides, and clean up his area next to his property;
patch of wild grass common
areas will be mowed as needed to prevent seeding; all neighbors working
hard to keep it under control;
area is part of his property and his
excessive use of herbicides has killed killed a tree and some grasses.
Court restraining order to stay away from Were. Elton as ARC rep with
personal property line dispute;
Village ARC or board president to write a
letter. Until letter sent is by the Village Board, then the
SBCA ARC has no power. Elton to discuss with Byington, have him look at
the site, send letters to Were
and Porter.Send this to the individuals to present to their village ARC
and Village Board.

Some one other than the ARC rep must deal with Mr. Porter; once the
neighbor notification has been
handled as neutral party then this request can
be granted. Village Board to send a letter to Porter and
Were re maintenance of the
property. Complaints need to be addressed first at the village level, and
then first and then come to the SBCA ARC for resolution.
