Bill Stoner opened the meeting at 9:30 AM.

MSP to approve the last ARC meeting minutes of April 17, 2009 (all ayes)

Welcome Jerry Perlot back to the SBCA ARC.

Homeowners’ concerns:              None

Until neighbor’s application comes through next month; Linda will make a phone call to owner to  inform owner that an arborist’s evaluation is needed  re “danger tree” ..

New Business:                              Shoreline tree question letter from Kevin Ryan on behalf of the Watsons will be referred to Jefferson County and Shoreline Management  Mike Morgan will send a letter to Ryan and cc the Watsons and ask them to seek a  county permit;, then they bring the county permit to SBCA ARC, and ARC will support that  decision. Simeon elucidated that coastguard surveyed re navigational hazard.

SBCA ARC meetings will remain at 9:30 AM .

Discussion: re absent neighbors being notified of actions being taken, need a reply by email or post in order to sign off on permit applications at the Village level..

Tom McKay gave brief update of the Drainage District information-gathering to date.
