Bill Stoner opened the meeting at 9:30 AM. Welcomed
all present.

Tree #11 for TV dish may be removed. All parties commended for detailed
applications.
09-027-Woodridge-Lankford-View Maintenance
Much discussion and
input by all concerned parties in this matter. A letter was sent to Lankford
outlining the OT procedures for activity in their greenbelt (CC&R’s
require a Geotech and an
arborist report for trees in OT common areas).
SBCA
ARC: this matter to be tabled
until further research by all parties.
MSP that
a separate working meeting held by all parties involved to be scheduled after
all parties have
the
paper work in place. (all ayes)
The
SBCA ARC will not be part of this working meeting. If together the two Villages
submit an application together,
then the SBCA ARC will review.
