SBCA ARC Meeting Minutes

July 17^th. 2009

Attendees: Jerry Perlot (SBCA ARC), Barb Schaefer (SBCA ARC), Bill Stoner (SBCA ARC), Linda Colasurdo (SBCA). Tom Jones, Caryl Oros, Mike Oros, Mea Graham.

Bill Stoner opened the meeting at 9:30 AM. Welcomed all present.

New Business:

Tom McCay no longer will serve on the SBCA ARC as the SBCA representative since he no longer sits on the SBCA Board. Sharon Walker has one more year on the Board, and presumably will continue with ARC. It was voted at the Annual SBCA meeting that the president of the board is member ex officio of all committees of the board, and possibly he or an SBCA board member will sit on the current 2009-1020 SBCA ARC.

At its July 21^st at 9:00 AM meeting, the new SBCA Board will establish roles for its members.

In approximately one month, Bill Stoner will send an email to all villages for ARC representatives update for SBCA ARC purposes.
