Killmer volunteered to help trim these trees; Shepherd
wants consideration of time and costs. There is the possibility of a negotiated
agreement, that they are willing to work together to live in harmony. Action to
be done in spring in a cost-effective manner as neighbor to neighbor resolution
–
no lawyers.
