New Business:

Fines schedule – it was decided that the legal costs of enforcing a fines schedule could prove to be too onerous.  Hence the concept has been dropped.

Changes to design standards – define view, document view. Clarification is definitely needed so resolve future issues. However, it is the SBCA ARC’s contention that neighbors should adhere to the CC & R’s, try to resolve their difficulties as much as possible, and only bring items to the SBCA ARC as a final arbiter.

Rotating the role of Chairman at future meetings until the position of chair is filled will be as follows:

April 21 - A. Andersen, May 19 - J. Perlot, June 16 – T. Callahan.

Small presentation and thank you to Richard Grimm (who will vacate his position with the SBCA ARC board at the end of March) to acknowledge all his volunteer time and effort to ensure fair and equitable consideration to all permits that came before the SBCA ARC under his tenure.

Meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m.                                                                          Next meeting(s):  Friday, April 21
