March-  Bay Club Director, treasurer start formal budget process
April-    Draft Budget (for the coming fiscal year) is presented to the BOD for comment
May-     Budget is tweaked and goes to the Board for final approval
June-    Annual meeting notice including final budget and election information sent to members 
 
Directors Review
April-    Mike's performance review and salary discussion (anniversary date May 1)
 
Election Activities
February-    Poll Board members with term expiring in June
                  Start searching for potential candidates, Voice article, cocktail party, etc, poster
March-        Start planning annual meeting
April-           Refine annual meeting plan
May-           Presentation assignments prepare Annual Meeting notice package for members
June-          Send out Annual meeting notification, plan a dry run of Annual meeting.
July-           Have Annual meeting
                  Hold Elections    
 
Long Range Maintenance Plan
April-        Director and Treasurer review long range maintenance plan
May-        Present next fiscal year items to Board for approval
June-        Prepare report of current years items completed and proposed items for following year
July or August    Review Long Range Maintenance items with new Board
