Old Business:
1. ARC Permit Log Activity, 10 Jan 05 to 14 Feb 05
Inquiries from Franznick, Duoos & Berman on the
feasibility of roof replacement with composition shingles.
2. The privacy fence between Learmonth and Colebrook
(Colebrook side) is "exposed." Also the lower fence across
the front of Colebrook and Prestesater (Colebrook side,
maybe more) has also had siding removed.
Action pending. Casey has all of the materials and will get to
during Feb/Mar 05
New Business:
1. Lamp fixtures at the Mariner Pl. entrance have been replaced,
but more work is required on the light sensor circuit.
2. A terrace trail of about 100 yards has been established by the
Bayview Village contract landscapers for routine trimming
of the alders, et al. on the Windrose/Mariner slope.
3. Gravel will be made available this year for the Pond Trail
at the Mariner Place cul-de-sac.
