Committee Reports:

Pond Committee:

President Rick Rozzell reported for the pond committee that perimeter cleaning, mowing and bush trimming by Leach’s Trucking has not been completed. No statement has been submitted to us so far. At no expense to Bayview Village, gravel can be obtained through the South Bay Community Association Trails Committee and spread by the fire department on the perimeter of the pond where the walking trail is located.

            Tennis Committee:

Bob Skodis, Liaison, received an e-mail from Carol Porter with reference to the meeting of Kathleen Tompkins, Port Ludlow Racket Club, and Bruce Schmitz and Dick Smith, representing LMC. There is no significant resolution for South Bay owners regarding availability of the Beach Club courts and the courts on Pioneer Way.

Bob stated that the courts at the golf club, owned by PLA are not maintained. Bob will

continue, on his own, for a resolution.

Old Business:

The water meters register 3 small leaks in pipes that are drained and shut off. This will be looked into, but even with these leaks our use is under the minimum at this time.

New Business:

Owners at 80 Mariner hear vibrations in their house water pipes. We need more facts on the situation so we can respond if appropriate.

On February 3rd at 6:00 PM there will be a business meeting for all South Bay owners. President Rick Rozzell urged all Board members to attend.

Meeting adjourned at 9:25 AM.

Next meeting, February 14, 2005, 9:00 AM at the Bay Club.

Annual Meeting, June 23, 2005 at the Bay Club.

Respectfully submitted:
