Minutes of Special Meeting
Of the
Bayview Board of Directors
 
Date:  May 04,  2005
 
Place:  Office of Bill Broughton, Attorney At Law, Silverdale, Washington
 
Purpose:  Discuss problems of the Governing Documents for Bayview Villages 1, 2, & 3
 
Start of Meeting:  9:00 a.m.
 
Attendance:  Richard Rozzell,  Nancy Kragh, Carol Franznick, and Bill Broughton
 
First topic of discussion was regarding documents prepared relating to the problems of Bayview Village.  Two documents were provided to Bill Broughton for his review and after making two minor changes were approved by him and those present.  These along with other documents will be sent to all  55 homeowners in the Bayview Phase 1,  2, & 3. 
 
Second topic of discussion was regarding Bill Broughton preparing a document to be included in our packet relating to Reformation.  This document will detail the steps necessary to complete a reformation process of our governing documents. 
 
Third topic of discussion involved Bill Broughton setting up a meeting with Pope Resources to discuss our problems regarding governing documents and amendments.  He will attempt to get Pope to help or assist in the solving of these problems.
 
The last topic of discussion was whether or not to release these document to members of the South Bay Board of Directors.  The decision was made to release them to the SBCA BoD and see what reaction we get.  In this way we are keeping them in the loop as to what we are doing, even if they are not doing the same.
