The meeting was called to order by President Dan Quail at
He introduced the board: Bob Edelblut, Pegi Graham and Bev Rothenborg.
The following committee reports were given:
Landscaping by Bob Edelblut
Maintenance by Pegi Graham
Insurance by Bev Rothenborg
Financial and reserve by Bev and Dan Quail
The proposed budget for FY 2007/08 was explained by Dan.
The internal audit for FY 2005/06 is currently being completed by homeowner Donna Le Fevre.
President Quail called for additional nominations to the slate of officers. Susan McNabb offered her name to be placed on the ballot.
There were 28 signed ballots received from homeowners. The results of the election showed that it was a unanimous vote to waive a professional audit of the books. It was unanimous to approve next year’s budget. The new slate of officers was elected with 27 votes and one abstention. Officers elected were the ones names above plus the addition of Ruth Seaberg and Susan McNabb.
