INNER HARBOR VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
Board of Directors Meeting
February 8, 2008
The meeting was called to order by Dan Quail, President. Present were Dan Quail, Pegi Graham, Bev Rothenborg, Ruth Seaberg, and Homeowner Bob Force.
Minutes of the January 11, 2008 meeting were approved.
The January financial report was reviewed. Donna LeFrere is working on an internal audit which will be completed by our annual meeting. The 2007 federal income tax return has been completed by Katie Glessing and Associates.
There was little landscaping activity this month , except for some hedge trimming and minimal snow removal.
Painting of the trim on six duplexes is scheduled for July. Pressure washing will be done next week.
We have received a proposal from Shane Skelley for improving the bank on No. Chandler, as well as advice from Al Latham who works for the Jefferson County Conservation District. We need plants to stabilize the soil and should have a good annual check on the drainage system. It was voted not to accept the Skelley proposal at this time. We will start planting on the bank in the spring.
We have found two prospects for a property manager, who will put together proposals for consideration at the March Board meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Ruth Seaberg, Secretary
