Barber, to approve the 2005 Annual Meeting minutes.

Motion by Doug Barber, seconded by Dan Quail that "henceforth, the Board of Directors strictly follow the provisions of the IHVCA declaration (CC&Rs), Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation and the South Bay Community Association Master Declaration, and when there is any ambiguity regarding interpretation, that the provisions of Washington State Condominium Law, RCW 64.34 be followed.
