Board reorganizational meeting (Unofficial minutes)

Wednesday, June 22, 2005, Board of Directors Meeting, 7:30 p.m.

Meeting called to order by Pegi Graham.

A number of nonimations were presented for president. Some of those nominated declined.

President: Nomination of Mark Garcia as President. Seconded. (Concern about conflict of interest being the fiscal officer.) Agreed to abstain on issues regarding fiscal issues. Passed

Vice President: Gregg Hupp nominated as Vice President. Seconded. Passed

Secretary: Jack McKay nominated as Secretary, Seconded and Passed.

Discussion of the position treasurer for oversight purposes. Treasurer: Brett Oemichen, Seconded and passed.

Landscape: Kees Bouterse and Bob Edelblut, co-chair of Landscaping. Second and passed.

Maintenance: Jon Olson and Pegi Graham, co-chair of Maintenance. Seconded and passed.

Social and Insurance: Beverly Rothenburg. Seconded and passed.

Moved to adjourned at 7:45 p.m.

Next meeting: Second Friday of the month. July 8, 2005, 3:00 p.m., Bay Club.
