Special Meeting, September 21, 2004, 4:00 p.m.
Purpose of meeting:  Landscaping Contract

Meeting called to order at 4:05 p.m., Bay Club
Members present:

President: Bob Force
Vice President: Mason Rothenborg
Secretary Treasurer: Jack McKay
Landscaping: Kees Bouterse
Maintenance and Repair: Pegi Graham
Hospitality/Beautification: Margie Garcia

Motion #1 by McKay and seconded by Rothenborg: A letter by the President be sent to Bestscape Management Inc. indicating the items of the contract that are not performed satisfactorily.  If the items are not corrected with 30 days, the contract will be terminated.  Passed.

Motion #2 by Rotenborg and seconded by Garcia: 

(1) Continue negotiations with the Derrig & Associations for a management agreement. 

(2) Send the letter to Bestscape Management listing the improvements needed and indicating that a 30 notice to terminate the contract if improvements are not satisfactory.  Motion passed.
