Special Board of
Directors Meeting
The meeting was called to order in the Bay Club at
10:00 a.m. by President Lynn Gauche. Board members present were; Lynn
Gauche, Jack Piper, Jim Richards, Bob Duncan and Tim Perry. Homeowners
present were; Dan and Esther Darrow.
Lynn explained that this meeting was for the purpose of
discussing the budget packet to be sent to the homeowners to vote on.
The budget was reviewed and discussed with only a few
changes to the package itself. There was a concern regarding the final
paragraph and Bob Duncan stated that he will rewrite it so that it is
clearer. Tim Perry moved that the board accept the budget packet to be sent
to the homeowners with the suggested changes. The motion was seconded and
passed unanimously.
There was discussion on how to formulate a committee
for negotiating new contracts in October. It was felt by members of the
board that some homeowners be involved in the negotiating process. Board
members stated that they would look for homeowners who had expertise in the
area who were interested.
Jim Richards moved that the interim budget put together
by Bob Duncan be accepted by the board. The motion was seconded and passed
unanimously.
