This is the official website for the Teal Lake Village Association. The purpose of this site is to have a central location from which homeowners, residents, and prospective owners/residents can get information about the association. |

The association consists of 98 single family homes located Port Ludlow,
Jefferson County, Washington.. Homes lie along seven streets- Crest View
Drive, Sea Breeze Lane, Sea Vista Place, Sea Vista Terrace, Sea Way Place,
Clear View Place, and Outlook Lane. |

| Homes are privately owned and individually maintained. Common areas, entry ways and homeowners' lawns are maintained by a common contractor under the Association. |
